As of March 22nd 2023 we have launched the successor to Mice Toolkit – Hero.

Introducing Hero, the groundbreaking new software that makes image analysis easy and accessible to everyone!

With Hero, you can create image analysis workflows in seconds with just a few clicks. Our intuitive design concept and user-friendly interface make it easy for anyone to use, regardless of their level of experience. Reviewing and evaluating every step of the workflow is super simple, which makes the workflow design and deployment extremely efficient.

But that’s not all. Hero also offers a range of tools and features that let you customize your analysis according to your specific needs. Whether you need to do motion correction, apply filters, extract statistics or insert a Python script, our software gives you complete control over your image analysis. We’ve also made sure you can export results to the format of your choice, so you are never stuck.
